Q: What size dumpster should I rent?
A: We recommend renting a dumpster based on your need. Please call us for further advice.
Q: What are the service areas for a dumpster rental?
A: Please refer to our contact page to view a complete list of our service areas.
Q: How soon can I expect my roll-off dumpster to arrive after I've placed an order?
A: In most cases, deliveries are made the next day.
Q: What does my dumpster rental quote include?
A: Our quoted prices include an empty roll-off dumpster delivered, delivery, taxes, pickup, and disposal.
Q: Can I order a dumpster rental in advance?
A: Yes. Although we have very good turnaround times, this would ensure that the roll-off dumpster is delivered on time, especially if the situation is time sensitive.
Q: How long can I keep the dumpster rental?
A: You can keep the dumpster for two weeks. There is a $75 rental fee to keep it for an additional two weeks.
Q: Is there a weight limit on my dumpster rental?
A: Yes. The limit is 5 tons.
Q: What fees can I expect or should I be aware of with my dumpster rental?
A: The only added fee to the prices is a $37 charge per additional ton after the 5-ton limit. Scale tickets are available upon request only in cases of overweight charges.
Q: How high can I fill the roll-off dumpster?
A: The max fill level is the top of the container. All containers are covered when picked up so they may be safely transported. We strongly suggest filling the container 3/4 to avoid exceeding the 5-ton weight limit.
Q: How and when do I pay for my dumpster rental?
A: Payment is required upon delivery of the roll off dumpster.
Q: What methods of payment are accepted?
A: We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, AMEX, cash, and check payments.
Q: Do I have to be present when my roll-off dumpster is delivered?
A: Although it is strongly recommended, it is not necessary. It is advised to mark/flag where and how far in or out the roll-off dumpster is needed.
Q: Where can my roll-off dumpster be set?
A: The front drive or front yard is preferred. Please note that although we are extremely cautious, we are not responsible for damage to grass, sprinkler heads, or driveways.
Q: Is a permit or license required for my dumpster rental to be on the property?
A: No. It will be necessary that the entire dumpster be completely on the customer's property.
Q: Will the roll off dumpster fit in my driveway?
A: Roll-off dumpsters are 22 feet long and 8 feet wide. The volume is determined by the height of the roll-off container.
Q: I have placed my dumpster rental order. Will someone automatically pick up the roll-off container?
A: No. A phone call is required.
Q: I have an alley driveway, and I'm unsure if the truck will be able to maneuver into position to drop off the container before placing my dumpster rental order. What should I do?
A: Feel free to call us, and ask for someone to drive by at no charge to review location on Google maps.
Q: What are your operating hours?
A: You can place a dumpster rental order from Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Q: How can I load the roll-off dumpster?
A: The roll off dumpster has a door at the rear so that you may walk or wheelbarrow heavier items into it.
Q: Does ORR recycle any material?
A: Yes. We recycle all visible scrap metal from the roll-off container. Help us stay green by loading recyclables on top.
Q: What kind of material will exceed the 5-ton limit?
A: Dirt, rock, sand, brick, concrete, tile, excessive roofing, cement block, or loading with a machine that either scoops up dirt while loading or compacts material are all examples of things that may put the weight of the container over 5 tons.
Q: What is the best way to place my dumpster rental order?
A: Phone orders ensure the quickest response. Call us to schedule your dumpster rental.
